Multiservices SP Inc. is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains in plain language what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

What we collect
Only what you send us. This site does not track your browsing and uses no advertising or analytics tools.
When you fill in the quote form, we record:
- your name and, if you provide it, your company name;
- your email address and phone number;
- the service you are interested in and the message you write;
- your IP address, the site language and the date of submission.
The IP address is used solely to limit automated submissions (spam). It is never used to identify you or to build a profile.
Why we use it
Your information serves one purpose: answering your request and preparing a quote. We do not sell, rent or trade your information with anyone.
We do not send newsletters or promotional messages following a quote request.
How long we keep it
- Requests with no follow-up: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Requests that became contracts: kept for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights").
Cookies
This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies involved are:
- Necessary cookies — they remember your cookie choice and allow the site to work.
- Google Maps — the map in the "Contact" section is provided by Google and sets cookies. It does not load automatically: it stays inactive until you click "Show the map" or accept cookies.
You can change your choice at any time using the preferences icon at the bottom left of the screen.
The site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts. They set no cookies, but your IP address is sent to Google when they load.
Who your information is shared with
We share your information with no third party for commercial purposes. It does, however, pass through the providers that run our tools:
- DreamHost — website hosting;
- Google Workspace — our business email, which receives quote requests;
- Google Maps — only if you choose to display the map.
Disclosure outside Quebec: these providers store data on servers located in the United States. U.S. law may allow authorities to access it in certain circumstances. By sending us your request, you consent to this disclosure.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection). Access to received requests is restricted to authorized Multiservices SP staff through password-protected accounts.
In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the individuals concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.
Your rights
At any time and free of charge, you may:
- Access the information we hold about you;
- Have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Request its deletion or withdraw your consent;
- Receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability).

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a revised update date.
